Myself

I'll describe myself now in four different parts. I would describe myself as a kind, generous and helpful person. I love to help my friends out by giving them advice with their problems, and by having their back whenever they need it from supporting them in activities such as going to band concerts to being there emotionally when a break up happens. I would also describe myself as a very artistic, imaginative and creative. I love to build and make things with my hands, especially in arts.

In addition, i am also labeled as the “Mediator”. This means that I am more introverted than extroverted and very disorganized. I am also dedicated and hardworking in reaching my goals and visions. In addition, being a mediator means that I’m open and flexible, but on the flip side that also means that I can be too impractical and take things too personally.

I'm ambitious and driven. I thrive and constantly set my goals, so i have something to strive toward. I'm not comfortable with settling, and I'm always lokking for an opportunityto do better.

Letter For President

Dear Mr. President Ferdinand Bong-bong Marcos,

Congratulations on your recent election to the presidency of the Philippines. In particular, we encourage you to bring energy to protecting and promoting the human rights of everyone in the country.
As president, it is your responsibility to protect the universal rights and freedoms of all Filipinos. You wield great influence in ensuring that security forces respect and enforce the rights and freedoms embodied in both the Philippine constitution as well as international human rights instruments. What you say in support of rights and freedoms can have significant influence around the country. That is why we are encouraged by your June 30 inauguration address pledge that your “adherence to due process and the rule of law is uncompromising” and that you will ensure that “the Republic of the Philippines will honor treaties and international obligations.” We also note that in your July 25 State of the Nation Address you stated that “rule of law must at all times prevail” and that government is obliged to “fulfill the human rights of our citizens.”

We urge you and your government to make these issues a priority. We divided our recommendations on each subject into those that can have near-immediate impact on the human rights situation of large numbers of people, and those that will require longer-term commitment of political will and resources.

My Daily Routine During Pandemic

Im  Ron Jhesus Baltazar a student of ISNHS

Before March 2020, many people saw the pandemic as a thing of the past. Then came Covid 19 Scientists still do not know exactly where the virus that cause it.

We all know the effects the pandemic had on the world economy as well as how people function in society. Without a doubt, the pandemic has caused difficulties for everyone, affecting their lifestyles, work, school, and how they interact with others. As a university student living in the philliphines, I would like to express that the situation is not as dire as in other parts of the world. The way that the philippine government is dealing with Covid-19 is admirable, the fact that the government is not forcing harsh restrictions, but rather enforcing that people go through the necessary daily interactions whilst keeping everyone safe. On top of that, the philippine culture of respecting others' health and safety clearly shined during this pandemic. Japanese people, even before Covid-19, wear masks commonly in order to avoid any possible transmission of diseases. So when Covid-19 hit, the philippine population was ready and the fact that everyone is wearing a mask made it way less worrisome.

How did I coop up with the pandemic? well, my school created a way for us students of ISNHS it is the distance modular school learning and for me, it is a very knowledgeable way of learning for the past 2 years I learned a lot from it but it's not as good as the face-to-face classes. dentary behavior and low levels of physical activity can have negative effects on the health, well-being, and quality of life of individuals. Self-quarantine can also cause additional stress and challenge the mental health of citizens.

Physical activity and relaxation techniques can be valuable tools to help you remain calm and continue to protect your health during this time. WHO recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity per week, or a combination of both.

And during the pandemic, I help my parents with household chores and I also learn how to create money even if it is pandemic I also have a great family from it
